Medically Assisted Weight Loss

Weight loss can seem unattainable for many people. Sometimes diet and exercise just aren't enough to see the desired results. We use injectable weight-loss medications that are given in fatty tissue once per week. Each client will be evaluated to determine which medication would be best for them. Medications commonly used include

Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, semaglutide, or tirzepatide. The medication is started at a low dose and titrated up as tolerated. The injection can be given by yourself, a friend, family member, or you can come by the office for us to administer. Our weight loss plan includes the initial assessment, physical exam, and discussion about which medication would be the best choice for you. Once a medication is started we schedule follow-up appointments approximately every 5 weeks and lab work will be repeated on an individual basis.

Monthly weight loss subscription services include a review of your health history, a physical exam, prescription medication, and supplies delivered to your home, and the required follow-up visits.

The current cost of the medically assisted weight loss subscription service using semaglutide is $320 per month. If using tirzepatide the cost if $400 per month for 5mg weekly dosing, $600 per month for 10mg weekly dosing

If you have prescription drug coverage for weight loss medications the first visit will be $125 plus the cost of labs and each follow-up visit will be $100.

In-office Semaglutide injections are now available. This is a great opportunity to try the medication before you commit to starting the monthly treatment plan.  Injections cost $100 per injection. Injections are typically given every 7 days. 

 

Kentucky residents can do in-person or virtual visits. 

Indiana residents must do in-person visits.
